Did department stores improve your shoe shopping experience in 2009?
I am a frequent shoe department observer at both, Macy’s and Nordstrom. Unlike many of my suburban BFDs, I am often limited to Nordstrom.com, unless I make the effort to catch the MetroNorth or NJ Transit out to the burbs during the weekend.
